Tray didn't choose coaching, coaching chose her.  Her transition was natural. She went from speaking and facilitating workshops to women eventually asking her how can I work with you individually to position myself better in life.  That's when Tray began to walk in her God given purpose, serving the people that God assigned to her through her gifts, talents and experiences.

Through individual coaching, courses, workshops, trainings and her group coaching programs Tray has gotten clients from where they were to where they wanted to be when it came to their personal lives. She later expanded her coaching services to executive leadership coaching.  Women executives were winning in business but not in life, love and home.  With Tray's coaching clients have become more  successful in all areas of life.
